Come flow with me on a Wednesday at Evolve Health and Wellbeing where you will be guided through a series of gentle movements to come back into the body and centre the mind. You can expect a creative blend of grounding and energising sequences combined with different breathing techniques and relaxation helping you to relieve stress, while also building strength and flexibility. Classes start with relaxation and end with a deeply restorative savasana so that you can let go of stress and anxiety and leave feeling calmer and more connected to your body and mind.
