A little about me
Thanks for stopping by! If you have landed here then hopefully that means that you are interested in finding out some more about yoga and it would be great to connect with you.
I am a Hatha Yoga teacher in Bristol with a keen interest in health and wellbeing. I was born in Bristol and whilst I have moved around (mainly for work and education) I have always found myself pulled back to this great city, which feels very aligned with my values. When I am not on my yoga mat you can find me paddle boarding along the river, cycling or walking to enjoy nature. I love to keep active and my yoga practice is key to maintaining my body, preventing injury and supporting my health so that I can continue to do the things that I love.
