You will be guided to explore the body through sequences designed to develop strength and flexibility and that help you to elicit a calm and balanced nervous system. The class always ends with a deeply restorative savasana so that you leave feeling nourished, balanced and uplifted. This a safe friendly and pleasurable class which is very popular.
